When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 3–4 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. Any known delays will be noted on the product page.

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. To cancel, email support@surebridgemedical.com. Once your order has shipped, it will follow our standard returns policy.


Can I change my order?
Yes! You can update your order before it ships by emailing support@surebridgemedical.com. Any difference in price will be reflected in your final total.


What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt or write “suspect damage.” Then email photos of the item and packaging to support@surebridgemedical.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


How do I know when my order will ship?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details. If an item is backordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day.


Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping to Florida. Orders shipping outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax.
