A dual-axle allows for conversion from 19.5" to hemi seat to floor height of 17.5". Flip back, desk-length, padded arms allow the wheelchair user to pull closer to a desk or table with ease. 14-gauge cross braces add durability and strength. Dual-embossed upholstery adds reinforcement.
