Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating we’ve received it and pre-authorized your payment.

We then verify stock availability with our suppliers.

If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we’ll void the pre-authorization and notify you immediately.

If the item is in stock, we’ll process your payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.
Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 5 business days.

Tracking details are sent to your email within 24 hours of shipment.

Damaged or Defective Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If there’s visible damage to the packaging or product:

Note it at delivery or mark "suspect damage" when signing.

Take clear photos of the damage.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here's how our return process works:
Change of Mind Returns

Return accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free.

A full refund or replacement will be processed after inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:

How to Start a Return

Authorization
If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and step-by-step return instructions. -
Prepare Your Return
Pack the item securely with the original packing slip, and clearly write your RAN on the outside of the box. -
Next Steps
For defective or incorrect items, we may coordinate directly with the supplier to expedite a resolution.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, contact us for an update.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
